  1. Hi As most of us know is the LRMTS Flag used to represent the capability of a plane to fly nap of earth with out crashing. But LRMTS stand for laser ranging ... not for terain following. But it is possible to rename the field in the PE with out hurting the game... So let us find a smarter name for it!
  2. There will come a Singletube VLS with a revolving reload mechanism at a later stange... Saving space in the torpedotube.. I think my source is reliable.... but i can name it here... So will we be able to simulate this in HCE?
  3. Yes off course, there´s a way to get a smaller db. Delete all unneeded entries (units and installations) and go trough the Annexnumbers and delete the last /highest numbers until you have a db without gaps. going this way you get a small db but it will be no longer compatible with Stuff written with the official DB. Other Way, delete the unneeded Stuff and fill the gaps with "donotuse" entries belongig to a fictional country for example country xxx. In this way you get scens that will play with your custom db and the official DB. The only rule to keep in mind: NO GAPS allowed! Regards René
  4. I´ll try if my customers let me...
  5. I don't think I understand what you are saying. If you mean plane groups not part of the 'target' group are listed in the intercept screen, I don't understand how that is wrong or bad. Can you elaborate? Blue airgroup HSA gets red airgroup zba in range. But the dialog pops up for airgroup AA25 wich is xxx miles away... autosave.zip
  6. With the all-deepest regret I had to determine that the error was repaired Seems as if the new dialog pops for airgroups not assigned to a carriergroup..... So it needs more testing...
  7. With the all-deepest regret I had to determine that the error was repaired
  8. http://mantis.advancedgaming.biz/view.php?id=2021 rk.zip
  9. Fixing the behaviour for ASW Planes after the last torp has been fired... The Plane askes if it should return home but stays at loiter... Will write up the report later
  10. they are the altidute the weapon travels... Only for SAMs the values are also the Launch parameter.. weapon limit to low /High won´t fire against a vlow or vhigh target.. Regards René
  11. I bet you´re right... because otherwise the game wouldn´t know what to replace...
  12. I think all you need to do is to place the newones in the right subdirectory...
  13. What i would like to see changed in HCE 1. Gun behaviour, spreding the bursts over 1 minute 2. Smarter SAM and AAA Handling 3. In SE (add Group or Base dialog) allow searching for class/installation by name/country 4. Show loadout ranges in attack launch screen 5. Enable ECM/Chaff/Flares for Ships and change the point defense behaviour at the same time, soo only ships carring chaff/flares have an eletronic point defense 6. And a kind of preplotted missions (Patrol, ASw...) as discussed for ASW Patrol missions, set a grid and the AI does the rest. 7. Allow units to carry other units, i.e. LCACs in LSDs, Marines in LCACs 8. Make ASW LR Patrols more customizable, buoy patterns, MAD runs in a defined area, etc. 9. Waypoint system for launching patrols that allows me to set the course I want a patrolling aircraft to take, rather than it just simply flying to 1 point on the map. 10. A Function allowing delaed hostilitys (a weapon tight for the AI with a time setting) 11. different Result for Impact vs Airburst Gun. IMHO Airburst should only damage the superstructure, disableing mounts, senors and bridge but not sink a ship 12. More consitent weapon handling/dialogs for example bol launch for torpedos and active AAM 13. SAMs on Subs 14. Magazines on Subs or Mounts that "respect" ROF Values from the db for the human player 15. More Pictures in the Platform Display and more possible formats or a format that allows better quality, jpeg maybee? 16. make the info about magazine capacity availbe to the player (maybe a "store" or magazine summary in the Unit Display? Like the Weapon Display?) 17. make the info about infligth refuel capable availbe to the player 18. Allocate/Deallocate all switches in the Wepaons allocation screen screen 19. Plane capacity on ships calculated by the foot print of the aircraft. For example 1 large like Sea King equals 3 medium like Sea Lynx....... 20. Deck Guns for Subs and Missiles that can be fired while surfaced only.... 21. an Autofiller for the pe that automatically fills gaps in all annexes during the export process.
  14. 1. try of an rebuild. Do the bases need SAMs? DB: HC_80to95_DB noman.zip

The DB is no longer focused on GIUK/Atlantique Ocean/Mediteranean only, it covers the whole World except the Westpac Area due to Space Limitations (County Names). All long range weapons (SAM/SSM) are removed from Harbours/Airbases. So a Scen-Writer has to add mobile Units to replace the SAMs with improved design posibilities. Fixed SAM will only provided by AD-Fixed existing in Reality or have exist in the past. This Version also supports all Changes that comes with the 1.
