April 16, 200818 yr Are these the launch parameters or are they the altitudes the weapon travels at? I'm asking because I'm having trouble understanding why a AGM-84E SLAM can only be launched at VLOW altitude...when I've seen footage of them being launched at atleast High.

They are the altitude parameters for the weapon itself, as there are no launch parameters in HCE.

Only for SAMs the values are also the Launch parameter.. weapon limit to low /High won´t fire against a vlow or vhigh target.. Regards René

Yes, there's an altitude limitation in the code for weapons and platforms, so they don't climb past their ceilings, but its not really a "launch parameter" as such, since SAMs invariably launch from the surface. So, Nite92, your AGM-84E SLAM (for example) will always immediately go to Vlow regardless of whether you launch it from High or Vlow.
