And this makes good sense, of course. For land based operations, a helo can land most anywhere as long as the land is reasonably level and the area cleared and big enough to accommodate it. It does not have to be a nice, clean concrete pad in a particular location.

Game engine (GE) patches, updates and such can generally be found here: https://harpgamer.com/harpforum/topic/29035-current-files/ The database (DB) updates are located in the Downloads section of this site. Pictures/photos for the platform entries in the DB have never been a priority, because of the amount of work involved (as compared to actual data), copyright issues, etc. I am not aware of any other active Harpoon (the computer sim) websites/forums. The original Seahawk equipment was the ARQ-44 radio data link, transmitting in the C band.

Updates to the HCDB ended in September 2015. Its follow-on, the HCDB2, started up in 2016. It does contain the Type 055, but I do not think the Type 075 or Te Kaha (ANZAC 2017) are in there. Updates to the HCDB2 are in abeyance for the time being.
