Hi all, I saw this article today and it spurred some interest: http://www.defensenews.com/story.php?i=626...c=SEA&s=TOP Combined with the news about the Varyag almost reaching completion and US talks about selling or updating Taiwan's F-16's, I think there are some cool possibilities for scenarios here. 1. Growing escalations have led to increased US deployment before crisis. A more balanced scenario with the US having 2 CVBGs, increased air power from Kadena and Andersen, and subs already in position in the Strait and near key Chinese strategic areas. Friends, In the past, I've focused on convoys and CVBGs in my scenarios, but I'm trying to figure out how to create more varied scenarios that are also realistic. At this point, I've reached the limits of my knowledge and I need your help! I apologize for any ignorance on my part, but I simply don't know the answers to these questions, and that's why I'm asking.
