File Name: Tesseract File Submitter: CV32 File Submitted: 29 Sep 2015 File Category: WestPac Tesseract A Harpoon Commander's Edition scenario for the Westpac Battleset. This scenario is designed for play by the BLUE side only. A month ago, the Peoples Republic of China seemed to finalize its grip on the South China Sea, appearing to complete efforts to establish full fledged military installations on several newly created man made islands. Its territorial ambitions and aggressive land reclamation policies in the region have long aggravated and alarmed its neighbours in Southeast Asia, but the events of the past two weeks have been deeply disconcertin…

Hello, I have a scenario I have been writing for about 2 years. I recently moved and can't find the box with my computer with HUCE installed. HINT: When the moving company boasts about how much "we care!", they really don't. The 'script' for the scenario is on a different computer. Shhh, don't tell my boss it is the one at work. My Request Is Would anyone like to help me make this scenario available to the community by converting my 'script' into a Harpoon game file? Please PM me if you are interested.

Or how to promote a web site 1,- Choose a rare historical battle. 2.- Design and build a scenario based on it. 3.- Use the battle name in the scenario title. 4.- Publish it on this site. Results: Using Google Search, if you are searching for: "Operation Ivy Bells", now you can find the HCE scenario on tenth position on Google. "Sinking of INS Eilat", now you can find the HCE scenario on sixth position on Google. "Capture of Ibrahim al Awal", now you can find the HCE scenario on fourth position on Google. And a lot more difficult, it's a more important and famous battle: "Operation Praying Mantis", now you can find the HCE scenario on 26th position on Goo…

Spoilers apply! * * * * * * After Action Report : Eviction Notice This new scenario by Patrick Howard (aka rainman), for the EC2003 Battle of the Atlantic battleset, has a great and altogether familiar premise. The timeless battlesets of Harpoon Classic are chock full of scenarios centered on the North Atlantic - and Iceland in particular. Many of them also depict player controlled Soviet forces in control of Iceland. This time around, as commander of modern day Russian forces who have seized a firm grip on Iceland - and moved in substantial forces - you must hold your position while threatened by American and British forces bent on serving your '…

When I open the GE and load the user scenario playing the Blue Side the Background and Blue orders are displayed. The scenario I created is supposed to be played by the Red side. When I open the GE and load the user scenario playing the Red side the Background and Red orders are not supplied. I have tried with the HC Launcher and without using the HC launcher. To look at the orders for this scenario you will need to import HCEEFDB-151115, which is included in the zip files. There is a word doc included with what the orders should be when the scenario opens in the GE. Has anyone had this issue. I tried another computer with the same results. Spratly Island Ord…

AAR: NACV4 Side: Blue On we go. This is the first scenario of this battleset I try. maybe I would be better to start with 1GIU, but IIR each one has its own story. The setup is really interesting: I´m used to play Cold War scenarios and never played a scen in which the Russians build a coalition with European forces. fascinating setup. My first steps are to set up formation patrols, thus no base will fall victim to a surprise attack out of the blue sky. Next step is to bring the long range recon birds and the bombers into waiting positions.

File Name: MED5 File Submitter: Palex80 File Submitted: 05 Sep 2015 File Category: MEDC This is the fifth scenario in the series. PRELUDE: Operation “Southern Shield” managed to oust US Coalition forces out of the Azores. With ECON forces leaking their wounds and stretched to the limit it was a rather less joyful Christmas. Once again however the US Coalition unfortunately took the initiative and with it the fight to ECONs front …or rather back door. The citizens of Tel Aviv woke to air sirens, uncommon sounds since the signing of the peace accords with their Arab neighbours 2 years ago. They looked at the sky in anticipation of Katyusha rockets coming dow…

File Name: NAC4 File Submitter: Palex80 File Submitted: 16 Aug 2015 File Category: NACV This is the fourth scenario in the series. PRELUDE: Operation “Northern Swipe” was a complete success for ECON. After ousting the Americans from Iceland, Greater Russia combat aircraft started landing in Keflavik. The Icelandic government filed its application to join ECON the next day and became the 35th member of ECON. Champagne parties only lasted a few hours, as disaster stroke swiftly further south. Communications with the Azores ceased abruptly; the last reports from fishing vessels describing what appears to be numerous enemy flotillas in the archipelago. With E…

I was re-introduced to this scenario by a bug report. It took roughly five minutes to re-create the bug from the provided save game. It took another 3 hours for me to stop playing the stupid thing! That was the first time in a number of months I'd spent any real time playing HC for non coding purposes. So with Labor Day Weekend on the schedule I thought I might find opportunity to take the scenario for a spin from the start. The bug report that started it all: http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=2228326 Find the scenario at: http://harpgamer.com/harpforum/index.php?a...mp;showfile=361 So this is my kind of scenario, lots of action, not all that mu…
