I tried to create a new topic with an attechement "Active_Sonar.hpq". Unfortunately I get the error message below. Has some one an idea what went wrong? Upload failed. You are not permitted to upload this type of file

I'm confident that this question has been answered in the past, but searches of the various folders did not come up with the answer. In practicing various strikes, I launched 3x strikers, and 2x prowlers, 1x S-3B Viking Tankers in support. I know the hotkey for forcing refuling is "alt+r". Im fairly certain that the refueler must be in the same group and the intended refuelees, so while they flew to the rendezvous point separately, I joined them. I then did the alt+r to no apparent effect. I tried it unsuccessfully with three aircraft types in the group, and then just two - the tanker and strikers - What would a typical refueling procedure look like in HCE? …

HC (Harpoon Classic/HCE) folks are plenty capable of trashing H3 (Harpoon 3/ANW) and vice versa. It has been done, it has ruined gaming relationships, and has made everyone look bad. I'm a 41 year government employee and Harpoon player from "back in the day." I bought my first computer in 1990 and my first copy of Harpoon not long after that. I have a copy of Harpoon classic Gold, which I purchased on line from AGSI. It was a online download. I have the file hcgold_full.exe and the harpoonkey.txt files. After I do the install and try to register, I get an error message, invalid serial number, will run in demo mode. This Info is on the help screen Harpoon Classic Gold Version 2003.10 Published by Advanced Gaming Systems Thanks for any help JJ

I have had this ver for some time, not much use, plus I have version that is real old. I also have started working H3/ANW. I am unable to get more than the demo mode out of HCG. Any ideas? :

I have computer harpoon classic for windows version 1.63. I've downloaded several scenarios from the "classic" section here and can not get any of them to work. I've no idea how this is supposed to be done; I've poked around this site & the internet with a search engine & still do not know how to use these custom scenarios. I've tried doubleclicking on the downloaded file, then choosing harpoon to open the file, but then harpoon tells me that the saved game that I am trying to load is not compatible with my version of harpoon. Are prowlers and other EW platforms automatically doing their thing when they're airborne, or do you need to turn on their surfce radar to activate the EW function? It seem sort of self-defeating to do this, but there was nothing else to indicate that the plane was jamming. I realize this is a pretty basic question, but it's one for which I've been unable to find an answer since I started playing the old 360 version. Love This Game toorabid
