All that needs checking here is the Strategic Maps for EC2000 which you can do right from the Battleset selector dialog.

(thanks Rene) - Chg:0000 GE Fixed a memory leak that meant the Staff Assistant image used new memory each time it was displayed and then didn't free the old memory. Leak was introduced in 2008.027. This is an interesting build. It is the first one you are seeing that was made with Visual Studio 2008 which may mean strange and unexpected errors. Hopefully not though, it has been working well for a day or so around here…

    HCE - 2009.032 ============== - Chg:0000 GE EMCON messages for sonar weren't always appearing as a result of a utility function returning 0 as the active sonar range when active sonar wasn't on. Wrote a new function to give theoretical active sonar range if it were on. (thanks Akula) see http://harpgamer.com/harpforum/index.php?showtopic=4166 for test scen. The Akula is nasty though, he likes to launch ASROC style weapons that the LA never sees. I found using Show All to give the Akula a path at Cruise, below the layer did wonders, especially if the LA creeps towards the Akula.

    The only change in 2007.020 is to limit guns to their altitude limits as presented in the database. Previous behavior was that all guns could fire to any altitude. I placed limits both in regular air defence and in point defenses. Things to test: 1. Behavior in EC2003+ 2. Behavior in Legacy battlesets

    Since installing the latest Beta, I get the attached error message in the WestPac BS when loading scenarios 4.0 and above. Although the message states that the program will terminate, clearing the error repeatedly (anywhere between 3 and 9 times so far) will finally allow the scenario to be played normally. Buddha

  12. This scenario, 'The Origin of Storms', is for play by BLUE in the EC2003 GIUK Battleset. The original intention of the scenario was to examine in part which new fighter aircraft would be best for Norway, the F-16, F-35 JSF or Eurofighter Typhoon. It subsequently evolved into something more than that. You will need the latest version of the HCDB, which I hope to upload in a few days.     Herman has started making entries in the Bug Tracker. In the 'forum options' of each Bug Tracker project you can set what kind of notification you want of new posts. There are a few unfiled bugs there that need verification. We also have two builds since the 2008.025 and no verification of the changes that I've claimed to have made. Please contribute or I'll have to get mean (or something). Yes, Brad and Rene are pretty much excused since they are hard at work with databases and scenarios.
