  1. You're quite right on the Slava. Apparently I cannot count. Thank you. I will try and incorporate as many of the other requests as possible. Your point on the USMC F/A-18Cs is also a good one.
  2. It will be a short lived gap perhaps ... the modified LCS will be a "frigate".
  3. SPY-6 Designation Assigned to Raytheon’s AMDR (Seapower) Struggling to find time and energy to put out another update, but hopefully soon.

  6. Lots of chatter lately about whether the Rafale "deal" is going to be tossed in favour of more Su-30MKI Indian defence minister hints at MMRCA cancellation (Jane's)
  7. At least not in regular fashion, with its usual shipping packaging. I understand it could be broken down, or the packaging altered in some way to fit the V-22 internally. But of course that means $$$.

  12. Charlie Hebdo: Gun attack on French magazine kills 12 (BBC) The guns themselves did not attack anyone, of course. Rather, some very disturbed people with some very messed up ideologies and agendas.
  13. Certainly not. Its the kind of thing that matters before a hull breach.
  14. Some of the old stock scenarios used Western platforms to mimic Soviet platforms that hadn't made it into the legacy database. In this case, an E-2 was used as a substitute for the Yak-44. You will also find C-141s pretending to be Il-76s.
  15. For an even more challenging version of scenarios like this one, self-impose a limit on your inventory of valuable precision ordnance like CALCM and JASSM.
  16. Superb after action report. Thank you very much for playing the scenario and sharing your experience with it.

The original version of the Scenario Editor (SE) won't run on a 64 bit OS. TonyE has, however, worked his magic and recently made available a version of the SE that will, which you can download in the Beta Testing subforum.
  18. SPOILERS APPLY! * * * * * * * After almost exactly 24 hours of intensive searching, the newly commissioned Project 885 class submarine Severodvinsk was located by sonobuoy and identified. An American P-3C was selected to make the attack run, and a pair of torpedo hits brought the submarine to the surface, very heavily damaged. Radio contact and escaping Russian sailors made a 'cover up' now impossible, and a seriously grave international incident was now certain, potentially sparking war. Victory conditions were not achieved.

I assume you meant to say "inaccessible". Have a look to see if your antivirus quarantined the file.
