Picket Duty, Fletcher-class DD facing kamikazes on Okinawa, very detailed boardgame and card simulation of a destroyer defending the US Fleet of aproaching kamikazes. Very probably worth of viewing:

BM-21 Battery – weapon of war, which is enormously widespread and capable of creating some real havoc, at least against lightly armored targets. BM- 21 battery is consisted of eighteen forty-tube 122mm rocket launchers and they could bomb enemy positions with 720 rounds of non-persistent Sarin or Hydrogen Cyanide in a single 20 second salvo, reload and replicate that strike 10 minutes later. BM-21 Battery used in War Cabinet Game is suitable for surprise attack against troop concentrations, strong points and command centers. How would you counter BM-21 Battery?

Finally gave in and picked up this title from Matrix. Flashpoint Campaigns: Red Storm Warning! This one is addictive. If you are familiar with and enjoyed TacOps, chances are you will enjoy this one.

Anyone else here playing that game? I picked it up during the Christmas sale at Matrix and played Guadalcanal with a friend. When I counter-invaded Guadalcanal, sunk two carriers and captured Port Moresby as Japanese, he surrendered... Anyone up for a PBEM with this? Smaller scenario and Japanese side preferred.

This title was released a few weeks ago and apparently has its lineage in Crisis Korea. I have a basic scenario physically set up, map table restrictions , a solo vassal campaign of Tactical Surprise beginning and a turn or two into a vassal "learning" campaign scenario of Strategic Surprise. Pretty need operational level game. Ground centered. Air in the advanced game can be pretty detailed, Naval is there but obviously not the focus.
