I altered your method by pasting the GIUK res and rsr files from Harpoon Classic into my HCE and have Dawn Patrol back.

I had used the Scenario Editor to create a stand-alone scenario, but I like your idea better. Anyhow, if anybody doesn't have an older GIUK to copy Dawn Patrol from, here it is: Dawn_Patrol.zip

I have Harpoon Gold 2003.16b8 ( AKA Harpoon Gold 2004) with the USNI battleset but missing WestPac; I don't know how that happened. You want? Also, as long as there is a training scenario in the WestPac battleset, would it be possible to re-instate "Dawn Patrol" as Scenario 1.0 in the original GIUK battleset? After all, it was most likely the very first scenario that any Harpooner ever played.

Is this the Allen of Lt. Allen's Harpoon Page? If it is, I found an address for him on Dr. Who's Harpoon Page.

Any chance you can try to contact him for permission to include the scenario? Thanks in advance. Just mailed him; hope he agrees.

It's not a carrier scenario, but you've got to include Patrick Howard's "Rourke's Drift" for EC2000 GIUK.

It was only by the grace of God that I was able to achieve the minimum victory conditions.
