Scenario used: - Long Description: After installing new HCE the SE 026 and previouse versions work fine. One day later the SE does provide the error message below by starting up and finally exit. Cannot find HARPOON8.DLL WSCENEDT caused a General Protection Fault in modul WSCENE~3.EXE at 002:01B2. Choose close. WSCENEDT will close.

    As you've probably noticed, Herman has started reporting bugs and strangeness and is reporting them very well with test saves/scenarios, steps to reproduce, etc. Is there someone who would be willing to confirm his reports and enter them into Mantis? The basic procedure as I see it: 1. Verify Herman's issue 2.     Hi it looks as if the old Bug with the limited Units in the Shipannex is back. I had it now 2 times that the Se is crashing when i have more than 1075 to 1078 units in my Db. After reducing the number of units below 1075 the SE works fine. Regards René

    HCE - 2007.027 ============== - Chg:0000 GE Anti-Surface Guns now adhere to mount rate of fire limitations, only after the initial allocation, player can cheat on initial allocation. AS Guns will fire the correct ammunition now, and will not 'dump ammo overboard'. Previously guns were firing one burst per 15 seconds and throwing any other bursts overboard. AS Guns by the AI will fire 2 x target remaining DP of bursts at the target, this helps reduce overkill/ammo wastage. AS Guns will stop firing when the firing platform is out of …

    On a quick try to check this issue i found 3 Problems with the guns. 1. Guns sometimes are firing more than 1 round at once even if the 2. Ammo is out of range. Only happens when the longer ranges Ammo is listed below the shorter ranges weapon 2. Guns with dual purpose Ammo sometimes can´t be used at the ground range against ground targets, you need to close in until you´re in the AA Range to engage a ground target. 3. no damage on installations by Dualpurpose Ammo, no flash/hit animation!     Hi There are some issues with ths tool. 1. when you include some scens in the Battleset they show up, but when you try to play them you get totally different ones(from they original/replaced bs?) 2. would be nice if there´s a way there´s a way to "remember" former settings (chart and scens)or and "Add" fuction if one want to add new scens to an existing Battleset.

    Since upgrading to Windows Vista, I've been unable to use the PE. After going through a series of security warnings in MS Access, I'm finally presented with an empty DB. My attempts to import the existing platforms into the PE for editing are totally fruitless, and met with the attached error screen, which I can't make heads or tails of. Anyone else having problems like this? If so, does anyone have any suggestions on a fix? Thanx: Buddha
