  • Enrique, if you would be so kind, can you post a list of the carriers where you think capacity needs to be adjusted, and some authority for the requested change. (And, as you know, HCCW has its own th

Notes about the Danish Flyvefisken class in the HCDB-120219:

Entry 3725 Flyvefisken (09/ASW) lacks the 76mm Super Rapid (present in all the photo and text evidence, the gun is present also on ASW configuration: http://www.navalhistory.dk/English/TheShip...avnen(1994).htm )

Entry 2056 Flyvefisken (89/2) should replace 2x20mm Oerlikons with 2x12.7mm MG.

Entry 2056 Flyvefisken (89/2) should be equipped with RIM-7M (1983), and not with RIM-7P (1994), because the IOC date.

Entry 3055 Flyvefisken (C-FLEX) should be equipped with 12xRIM-7P VLS (1994), and not with ESSM (in service from 2003), in Jane’s 2004 the use of 12xSea Sparrow VLS on Flyvefisken class is cited as from 2002, before the implementation of ESSM in service, and not related with it.

Entry 3724 Flyvefisken (89/1M) MCM variant should be equipped with 2xStinger launchers, as mentioned in Jane’s 2004 and Wiki and other sources as other Danish Navy ships.

All the Flyvefisken class boats were deleted by October 2010. Only Havkatten retained for MCM systems test 2011-2012.

The Lithuanian Flyvefisken (in service from 2008) are apparently only Patrol Gunboats with only the 76mm Super Rapid, without FCS, AWS-6 or TRS-3D/16, as per photo evidence:

Another great update today !!! Thanks Brad !!!! :D

But I'm with a lot of real work in my real life, and I'm digesting yet the previous updating (HCDB-120219) :(

Some considerations about the Lutjens-class DDG:

Sources: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Klasse_103/103A/103B (very well explained in German) and the “High Tide” supplement:

The original German designation are:

- Type 103: early designation with Tartar SAM (from the 1969 start, as entry 3743 Lutjens (80)).

- Type 103A: middle designation after the 1981 refit, replacing Tartar with Standard SAM and with boilers capables of working with light oil (from entry 3742 Lutjens (81)).

- Type 103B: late designation, replacing the Mk68 FCS with the Mk86 FCS, adding SPQ-9A and SPG-60 radar. As consequence, in the DB, the SPQ-9A radar should be add only after the 1984 refit.

The 20mm/65 Rh202 guns were added only from near 1993 (they are not presente in books older at least than 1990, the first reference I saw was in the Janes 2001), and confirmed in the German Wikipedia.

• Apparently other possible weapons fits from the 1993 refit are 2xStinger SAM and 2xMG: “optional zwei Fliegerfäuste und zwei Maschinengewehre“

The 22DDH would be nice.

http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/world/japan/22ddh.htm

I'm working on a scenario based around the Senaku Islands and I'm currently using a 16DDH but the 22DDH would be a better fit

This is a possible but details remain sketchy. I understand the first of class was just recently laid down.

yeah, laid down just last month.

I did find a few details on it,

They are probably using the GBU-16 Paveway II as main smart bomb.

Sorry, my only purpose was to add the GBU-16 Paveway II to the previous post !!!

Sorry, my only purpose was to add the GBU-16 Paveway II to the previous post !!!

Without the benefit of a laser designator pod, though, at least as far as the Tranche 2 aircraft go.

Yes, that's the same comment in the Air Forces Monthly article ;)

I've added the F-15SA, revised the Saudi Typhoon entry, and am generally shifting gears away from the Ships/MLU Annex (which has received a LOT of my attention lately with about 100+ empty slots remaining available there.

I will now turn to the Aircraft Annex, with a continuing preference among new platforms for suggestions that can take advantage of existing entries in the Loadouts Annex.

This doesn't mean that I am not entertaining requests for the Ships/MLU Annex, or others, but they need to be compelling as the available space in the annexes really begins to dwindle fast.

As you know, requests for new entries in the Installations Annex are darn near impossible to accommodate.

Yes, I'was thinking about the installation problem this morning. A possibility is to write a indexed DB of realworld installations (mainly ports and airports) with their coordinates and mention of some basic carectheristics (as air defenses or radars), for use by the scenario creators, but I'm very short on time these months ...

Some ideas and hints about old warplanes based on my tables about old planes, more or less about the missing time period (1980-1991?) in the DB, but not particular interest in none of them. Only for sake of historicity. Perhaps the Crusaders, F-105, Draken, Wessex, FB-111A and Sea Hawk can be the priorities:
