May 19, 20224 yr Beware! Mount entries 59971 and 60002, 533mm TT 11356 port and stb, are equipped not with 2xSET-65M torpedoes, but with 10xSET-65M each! I don't doubt about some 16 or 20xSET-65M reloads on internal magazines, but 20xSET-65M on mounts is a little overwhelming! (Discovered when testing a new scenario, attacking a Russian formation of 2xAdmiral Grigorovich-class frigates, my poor German-designed diesel-electric submarine was targeted instantly with 40xSET-65M ASW torpedoes).
June 18, 20224 yr Helicopter entry 9535 Mi-9SMV Hip J 92 (EW variant) lacks speeds and radar to avail use of OECM..
February 17, 20233 yr Some considerations on UK submarines weapons capability, from more recent sources (DB updated last time 9/2017). Long weapons (heavy torpedoes, missiles) capability by classes, added magazines and torpedo tubes (as reflected in South Atlantic War book, torpedo tubes are usually employed to store weapons): Upholder, Victoria SS: 18 is ok. Dreadnought SSN: 25, should be 30. Valiant, Churchill SSN: 26, should be 32. Swiftsure SSN: 21, should be 25. Trafalgar SSN: 25, should be 30. Astute SSN: 28, should be 38.
