  2. We need a anti-torpedo torpedo hard-kill capability in the DB!!! If only it were possible in the code. We chatted about some workarounds recently, but probably more trouble than they're worth.
  3. There is a wealth of information out there to wade through on the Collins. The program has been plagued by technical problems, but the subs have always seemed to perform well in exercises.
