Hello all, I'm trying to find time to get back into Harpoon after a long break. Has anyone done a scenario about a modern strike on Iran's nuclear ambitions? I couldn't readily find one in the downloads.

After Action Report: Bear Goes South 2 A scenario by jugasa77 This is a pretty short AAR, but I felt I owed the author at least a few comments. Bear Goes South 2 is a new HCE scenario for the EC2003 GIUK battleset. I played the scenario using beta 2009.017 and the HCDB database. This is a fairly large and busy scenario. And challenging. I lost both the HMS Illustrious and the HMS Invincible to brutal SS-N-19 SLCM attacks from Oscar class submarines at short range. So short in fact that I had virtually no opportunity to defend. I am having a problem getting homemade scenarios to work. So last night I reinstalled HCE and copied the original-original .mdb and .res files for safe keeping. Went into PlatEdit-Import DB-and changed the AA denfenses for Kef-Red and added a blue airbase in Greenland (an overwrite) using the basic, provided DB - Export DB. All OK, I can pull up the saved data in PlatEdit and can create a scenorio with ScenEdit using the new bases. BUT I can not load it to play. I get this message "GetAnnex Error-ADDIDToList Error: expected a disk ID, got 0 (0x0). this message has been logged. The program will now terminate". HELP!

Looking to create some low unit density scenarios for experimenting with possibilities. Wondering if the AI does anything. Examples: CIS base has MiGs with an AA loadout. I fly in and shoot down the 2 plane CAP and no other ac are launched - the interceptors just sit passively on base. CIS base has bombers with a surface loadout, victory conditions are based on the CIS damaging a Blue base and a CIS recon flight flys into radar range of a base. Nothing happens. Back to wondering if the AI does anything. Information and advise would be very welcome.

I was designing a scenario and trying to get the sensors on the ships to be active at the start of the scenario. I entered the sensor command at waypoint #0 in the course editor, but when I start up the scenario all the sensors on the home players ships are turned off. Is this normal or did I not do the right procedure to start both sides with sensors active. The base sensors are on only the home ship sensors start in the off position. Thanks, Steve
