The presence of a hangar is not the sole determinant of whether a ship has the ability to land a helicopter (e.g. many replenishment vessels), although it is obviously germane to the ability to sustain aviation capability. Meanwhile I think you meant SA-N-20 instead of SS-N-20.

But I don't know about AIM-9 Sidewinder in Syrian service, think it should be a loadout almost identical but with 4xAA-2 Atoll D (R-13M)(#18532), as sugested from the text description (#2595), but I don't find no similar loadout in the DB.

I also think it's probably the result of a strange redaction in the initial textual descriptions of this missile, just as I see now reflected in this personal note of me: GPS, inertial, Imaging Infra Red (IIR)(95%?), anti-radar (RWR; ESM)((85?%), not active radar or emissions, but also active radar homing capable. Probably took from a phrase similar to this one on Wikipedia: An LRASM can find its own target autonomously by using its active radar homing to locate ships in an area, then using passive measures once on terminal approach. But the subjacent idea is LRASM locate enemy ships detecting the enemy ships radars, thanks at its ESM/Anti-Radar seeker, but no using LRASM any active radar homing radar.
