I have been unable to change a group's speed in the Scenario Editor. I've tried different delta's (1 sec, 1 hour, 1 hour before the time limit in case the timing is in terms of time left in the scenario) without any success. I realize I must be doing something wrong but ? Would someone suggest how I can change a group's speed at the beginning of the game (e.g., group ADU has a max speed setting in the Battleset Scenario I am hoping tp modify - I would like it to be at creep speed as soon as possible to the opening of the game). Friends, As always, I am looking for ideas for new scenarios. Here is a generic idea that could be fleshed out in a lot of ways; I would like to see your ideas about possible variations. It all starts when country A does (or appears to do) something really annoying or even frightening to country B. Country B has a big enough navy to give it a regional or global reach, so it promptly blockades some or all of country A's major ports.
