I'm working on a docker compose file to spin up the various major software components on which to build the new platform editor.

At the end of the day this is valuable so that users aren't absolutely dependent upon the platform editor run on our infrastructure.  While I hope every DB editor uses ours and builds upon the work of each other, it should not be a forced position and should not be a dead end should HarpGamer and such cease to exist at some point.  Spinning up an instance based on a docker compose file isn't child's play but it is relatively easy and approachable for tens if not hundreds of our users.

hello to all of you, excuse me for my approximate English but I go through google translate.

I work, in my spare time, on an excel database in French.

I am attaching this unreliable file (in progress).

I am also attaching an example of a form that I will use late.

Mer_1.xlsx 3.07 MB · 1 download Modele Subsurface.html 35.23 kB · 1 download Modele Surface.html 41.58 kB · 0 downloads

That is an impressive collection.  How do you want your information to be used?

I am a librarian at heart and what I can't find on the internet or fragmented I like to gather all the information, cross-check it and make a synthesis. in absolute terms, I have given myself the task of doing the same for the navies of the world, for aviation and land military equipment. My default is to be a perfectionist and therefore I constantly modify what I do before expanding. As long as I'm not satisfied with what I'm doing, I try to improve. This project is above all encyclopedic and, as a wargame fan, why not integrate this work into Harpoon, CMO and other games. But for that I would have to translate everything into English and return to traditional units of measurement (knots, nautical miles, feet, inches and others...). I preferred to use kms, km/h and other metric units (even for warships) for conversion convenience and speed.

What does it, and how to execute it?

It doesn't do anything except demonstrate a different application reading the information from the pfData file then also a concept for producing the data for a new loadouts structure and linking that to an aircraft.  It was there for Eric to grab when we were sitting at his place creating the program that will hopefully become the way to escape the 4095 loadout limit.  I'll be deleting it momentarily since it was really just for Saturday's fun.
