May 20, 20215 yr Icons do not move unless you click on one in the unit or group map. Result is you dont see accurate position of planes and missiles causing you to react slowly and often with disatrous results.

Seen that one myself but only when there's a lot going on and my pitiful CPU/memory is being taxed.
