Error I get when I try to save an edited scenario or a created new scenario

Icons do not move unless you click on one in the unit or group map. Result is you dont see accurate position of planes and missiles causing you to react slowly and often with disatrous results.

I have tried using this for small changes to a scenario, large changes and twice to create new scenarios but each time I try to save the scenario I get the following error and the editor closes without saving. I have downloaded and installed all updates but error persists... Help!

I didnt have ultimate edition - i am on line now trying to buy it error says cannot complete sale for this shopper - contact blue snap support or something to that effect

I had not tried ultimate edition - works on Win 10? How big is the download

Okay I give up trying to continually adapt my new computer or components to run harpoon (classic, ultimate, etc). I am committed to a standalone old computer for just games like this. Can someone tell me the ideal old computer (hardware, software, video, etc to buy on some recycle site. Please be specific and if you know of sites that sell such complete systems, please add CAUSE I GIVE UP
