September 5, 201411 yr Radar 997 Artisan 3D, from 2011 replacing Radar 996 (AWS-9) and others in some large UK units. Is a SS and HF/3D radar, my estimates are range=108 nm, PH=65. At least employed by: CV Queen Elizabeth-class (I0C 2016?)(entry 2828). LPD Albion-class from 2011 (entry 3078). LPH Ocean from 2012? (entry 2208). Some FFG Type 23 CUP from 2013, first ship equipped HMS Iron Duke (entry 2972). [url=http://www.baesystems.com/enhancedarticle/BAES_164913/artisan-3d-medium-range-radar-type-997
September 5, 201411 yr I'm back to working on the DB, and a new version should be available before the end of the month. As much as I would love to add new platforms to the Ship/MLU annex, including new versions with the latest sensor and weapon fits, we unfortunately have that same problem of rapidly diminishing space.
September 7, 201411 yr 24xAGM-114L Hellfire launchers for LCS (three targets and three missiles in flight simultaneously per launcher as stated on the video images?): http://www.navyrecognition.com/index.php/focus-analysis/naval-technology/1900-q-a-a-with-the-us-navy-on-lockheed-martin-hellfire-missiles-for-littoral-combat-ships.html
September 9, 201411 yr Some Arleigh Burke variant with SM-3 for Missile Defence tasks. Already there. Look for the CM variants. Some changes with data more clear now on the ship entry 2828 Queen Elizabeth/CVF class: ... As weapons only (delete 3xSea RAM mounts): 4xPhalanx (Mk15 Blk 1B? - 1999). 4x30mm DS-30M. I am seeing only 3x Phalanx. Sensible changes to some air-to-air missiles, mostly on range: AIM-132 ASRAAM (2002+)(entry 18596): ranges máximum-mínimum changed from 8.1/0,5 to 27/0,2, speed changed from 1721 (Mach 3) to perhaps 2008 (Mach 3.5), to add mid-course guidance AAM-4 (Type 99)(1999+)(entry 18754): ranges máximum-mínimum changed from 31/0 to 54/2 (2 nm as AIM-120 minimum range), speed changed from 1721 (Mach 3) to 2581 (Mach 4.5): AAM-5 (Type 04)(2004+)(entry 18909): ranges máximum-mínimum changed from 8/0 to 18.9/0: IRIS-T (2005+)(entry 18703): ranges máximum-mínimum changed from 8/0 to 19/0, but this is only an informed guess, as IRIS-T has almost the same size, weight, fuselaje/rocket engine diameter and configuration than AAM-5: These will be tweaked, albeit with more conservative values than suggested.
September 9, 201411 yr An USAF F-4E Phantom II to add to the INTL F-4E, to replace the generic F-4E in many scenarios. USAF F-4E Phantom II was employed 1967-1991 (I think it's not in the DB because it was frozen originally circa 1992, with the USAF F-4E retired). From November 1968 used in Vietnam. From July 1969 deployed in Europe. From 1985 to ANG units. From 1987 to Reserve units. 993 planes build for USAF and 394 for export. Leading edge slats appliqued to the F-4E fleet from 9/72 to 4/76, to 304 planes and to new build planes, installed in all USAF F-4E survivors less Thunderbirds F-4Es. Some weapons (I think we can use current loadouts from the F-4E INTL and the Israelis F-4Es): AIM-9B AIM-9E from 1967 ¿AIM-9H? AIM-9J from summer 1972, later AIM-9P/N, AIM-9P at least from 1984. Later AIM-9L/M AIM-7E, later AIM-7E2(at least from 2/72), AIM-7E3 SUU-23/A at least from October 1967 ALQ-87 at least from 11/1967? AGM-12B/C/E Bullpup AGM-45A/B Shrike AGM-65A/B Maverick AGM-68A Walleye from 8/67 GBU-8 HOBOS from 1969(with Mk84) GBU-9 HOBOS(with M118 used in Vietnam) GBU-10 Nukes: 1xB28/B43 3xB57/B61 Perhaps later I will sharp a few more the idea ... A 'sharpened' suggestion (with existing loadouts shared, wherever possible) is welcome.
September 9, 201411 yr Ok about the Burkes, I probably did consult an older DB, thanks. Ok about the missile ranges, no ultimate data about them. About the Queen Elizabeth Phalanx (btw, the UK Phalanx are updated to Block 1B from 2006, and from FY2015 all the US Navy Phalanx will be of the Block 1B type, after updating): I get 4xPhalanx and 4x30mm guns from the German Wiki ("vier"=four), specified on the ship's data and on the main text (in the English Wiki their numbers are not determined): http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Queen-Elizabeth-Klasse_(Flugzeugtr%C3%A4ger)#Bewaffnung Also, it probably will not be the ultimate installation, as I saw in the apparently accurate Airfix model, also apparently, only three Phalanx, ppq and two ssb and ppb: http://www.airfix.com/news/airfix-unveil-specially-commissioned-queen-elizabeth-aircraft-carrier-model/ The USAF F-4E later ...
September 9, 201411 yr Check the Slava class CG's they only have 12 SSM's in the DB. THX. It appears that way in the GE because the remaining missiles are nuclear armed.

September 10, 201411 yr Mmmm, I get problems unzipping the last HCDB 140909 Working fine here. Can you describe the problems? If it persists, or other folks report it, I will rezip and upload again.
September 10, 201411 yr Ok, solved. Apparently the file is zipped two times, and yesterday late in the night I unzipped it only one time. Thanks Brad.
September 10, 201411 yr Entry 10775 AC-130U Killer Herc should change his runway size from "Large" to "Small", as the rest of C-130 Hércules variants.
September 12, 201411 yr I have added RAM Block II to newer platforms like the America and Gerald Ford, but I doubt we will be able to do so for a lot of existing platforms as they receive the weapon. There just isn't room.
