Test fix with 2009.063 since that's what we have test files for.

re 'sides' version ge 2011.10, in the message window when playing both red and blue we get the respective messages with 'red' 'blue' tags. Both messages appear irrespective of which side's group window is active, is this correct or should we only be seeing the messages for the acitve group window side?

It is intentional to show all messages but it imho is not correct. I mean to write a DLL that separates them somehow (one tab for each side or checkboxes for which sides to show or ...).
