More notes about warplanes in the 50to65 DB:

From the next iteration in the 50to65 DB I will adapt the US Standard Aircraft Characteristics and Cards to the planes performances, and dont base it in the Harpoon 4 data (data almost inexistent for most of the 1950s planes).

After that, in due time, I will use the SAC data to remodelling the previous planes in the 50to65 DB (The SAC data are public domain information).

(as example, the F-4 Phantom variants, and other bisonic planes are very unrealistic, almost all the Mach 2 capable planes should be supercruise capables after the standard Harpoon data tables. And as consequence, the others supersonic planes, as soviet fighters, must be readapted too).

Also, in some of the previous planes, as Panther, Cougar, Banshee and Tiger, I have used some SAC data some weeks ago, published in facsimile form in some of the series of books Air Force Legends and Naval Fighters by Steve Ginter, and in some books published by Crowood.

Another note more about warplanes in the 50to65 DB:

- The RO radars (ranging radars, mainly for shot guns, but also for bombing) are not depicted in the DB, because his actual utility in the game is none, and it can be unrealistic and easy detected by ESM. Nevertheless the value of the RO presence in an aircraft is reflected in his combat values (air-to-air and air-to-ground). And remember, a search radar also has ranging radar modes and functions, an aircraft with a (modern) search radar also has the ranging radar effects reflected in his combat values.
