Regarding the Orders and Orders2 menu:

1. Open SE

2. Load GIUK

3. Edit battleset scen

4. Click on a surface group

5. Click the Course button

6. Click Enter New Leg check box

7. Enter 2 legs of a course (anywhere)

8. Uncheck the Enter New Leg check box

9. Click Attack button

10. Select enemy target

11. Click Orders and Orders 2 drop downs and all options are grayed out at least onmy computer

Alt-T works here as advertised.

 

After following the steps outlined, I have Attack, Set Speed, Sensors, and Enter Staff Note available under Orders, and Alternate Path available under Orders 2. All other entries for those 2 pull-down menus are grayed out.
