This one is BS Builder improvements, mainly the inclusion of the textured map for use in the game. Some additional structure was laid out as well but that is all behind the scenes (still hoping to do non-square maps and was very close tonight but lat/lon was inaccurate).

 

So test making some battlesets and see what happens.

I don't plan to use the BS Builder, so I can't help you out here.

It works => no crashes etc so far Edit: Falkland crahses the game at the beginning with an memory allocation error (map too large??)

 

But it looks as if i need to change my mind about the colours...

 

Europe is definitly(IMHO) too dark with the current settings.

Some suggestions/wishes for the next BS-Builder build

 

1. save the battleset.res file in the BS-Builderfolder, not in the subfolder of the subfolder...

2. give it a uniquie name, taken from the Battlesetname that is entered in the BSBuilder!?

 

A BS named falkland => Falkland.res

A BS named Baltic => Baltic.res

I never use the BS Builder, so I can't help you out here.

 

You can always start, we need more than Rene (and myself) testing it.

I couldn't even get the DB Editor to work, if you remember (shudder!)

If I can work up the courage, I might have some time this week.

Please rename your Falklands to hdsm.res, no crashes here with that. Using the EC2003 names was only when we didn't have the facility for a new battleset.

looks as if you changed this point with the last BS-Builder?

 

Cause it worked with all prior versions!

 

But good to know :-)

 

Now i need more slots for aditional BS .... :rolleyes:B)
