June 1, 201213 yr Greetings, I haven't seen the SKRUNDA (Abking & Rasmussen (AR) SWATH) PB for Latvia, in the HUCE DB? Two of four units of six units have been delivered as of 2012. Although its ligth;y armed with heavy mg's and MANPAD SAMs, the Baltics will be using it for minelaying, MCMV and surveillance (as a mothership for USVs and UUVs). Let me know what specs you need for the DB and I can provide them.

June 1, 201213 yr More ideas:An initial version of the F-15A/C (1976-1990) without AIM-120. Of very easy execution employing only the 55420 and 56190 loadouts. In a similar way, an earlier Tornado F.3 ADV (1986?-2001) without AMRAAM neither SRAAM, employing only the loadouts 55835 and 56200.
June 1, 201213 yr Another downgraded early fighter variant: Rafale M (F1) (2001-2008?): nine planes for the French Navy. MICA EM (1997) and R.550 Magic 2 (Mk2???)but not MICA IR (2003). Only dumb bombs, if any. Tanker capable. IOC 2001, full OC 2004. Probably only RWR without ESM. RBE2 (interim) radar, only with LDSD capability, not SS (Range=84?, PH=65?). http://www.ffaa.net/aircraft/rafale/caracteristiques.htm http://www.ffaa.net/aircraft/rafale/images/rafale-0132.jpg
June 1, 201213 yr Another idea: The earlier MiG-21F-13, employed by Finland 1963-1986 and by at least other Third World countries into the 1990s. In a similar way, an earlier Tornado F.3 ADV (1986?-2001) without AMRAAM neither SRAAM, employing only the loadouts 55835 and 56200. Great minds think alike. I had already added these for the next iteration but keep em coming!

Curiously none of the last ideas have any direct relation with the subjet of my main research the last days (I hope I will post it late in the day or tomorrow) neither with the scenarios I'm dreaming ...
June 2, 201213 yr Another idea (but we need for it at least a new loadout ... ): Moroccan Mirage F1EM VI /Mirage F1 MF 2000: 27 upgraded planes for Morocco, IOC 2011?. RDY-3 (Ex- EC 400) radar: 108 nm range, LDSD/SS, PH=60. Intercept: 2xMagic 2+2xMica IR/EM+ventral drop tank. Precis: 2xMagic 2+2/4xAASM+ventral drop tank. Also employed: PAJ-FA ECM pod, new RWR, at least some with IFR, Damocles laser designator pod, INS with GPS/Laser gyroscope. June 2, 201213 yr Some minor errors: Entry 11325 C-212A Aviocar has not RCS. Entry 11347 Shackleton MR.3 is not in-flight refuelling capable, and is erroneoulys flagged as capable. Entry 11358 Lynx AH.7(TOW) flagged erroneously as aircraft. Entry 11366 Super Lynx Mk110 has a ATA of 130!!!
June 2, 201213 yr Thanks to Brad we've now almost the complete South African OOB, and we can add easily the rival forces, basically centred in the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/South_African_Border_War Other sources: Military Balance 1982-1983 and 1983-1984, and some of the Aerofax/Ian Allan/Midland/Red Star series of books. June 3, 201213 yr Project 17A in India is going to have Brahmos missiles rather than the SS-N-26It will also probably have Barak 8 in place of the SA-N-12. This isn't confirmed but the MOD is calling for as much indigenous equipment as possible. Makes sense since the 15A's are getting the Barak 8. Holding off on Barak 8 until details firm up. I'm a bit confused then, it's already being used on the 15A Kolkata class in the DB?
June 3, 201213 yr Another very easy idea: C-17 SOLL II Special Operations variant, NOE capable, in service at least from 2001: http://airforce.americanspecialops.com/spe...ions-low-level/
