- Chg:0000 GE Planes already within AAM range will not re-prompt to close to

fire. The prompt was errant since they were already in range.

 

 

Attached is a save of mine HCDB-081124 South Africa battleset. To see the errant behavior load up the save in 2009.008 and ask ANA to attack ZZC. Fire a missile or two at the helicopters in the carrier group and you should get a prompt to close range (something like, Sir, our attack range is 80nm, distance to target 57nm, should we close and attack?). Obviously that is wacky since the Phoenix can be fired, we're already in range.

 

When you load the scen in 2009.009 and try the same thing you should not get the (2nd) prompt to close range (since you are already in range).

 

Note that I included the DB in the zip (as a warning so you don't accidentally overwrite your own).
