Ok, here are my wishes:

1. The Possibility to take and retake bases and facilities
2. UnRep vessels - especially interesting in HCE since there are large, smoth running scens. Thus campaigns can be created.
3. Prettier SE {TonyE added this}
4. Allow starting aircraft in the air (TonyE added this)
5. .....more to follow

a little addendum:

 

- please, please a new scenario editor with a map worth its name. It is horrible designing with that old 16-bit-thing. While the game engine has become prettier, starting SE is always depressing for me. So if you want to have more scens - make scen design fun!

Hehe, got it Ralf, and have been laying the groundwork for a few weeks. A new SE won't happen quickly but I think we're committed to the idea (I am anyway).

Item 3 added to master wish list

One thing I love in HCe is the possiblity to make ships and subs first part of a port = part of the group and then allows to split them = sail.

 

It would be even better to combine this with ship and sub replenishment: My fleet sails back to the port, join groups and then the weapons magazins are reloaded.
