September 29, 201411 yr Author Yeah, I noticed the aggressive behaviour of the tail gunners during testing. Kinda amusing that we have to worry about the AI being too aggressive sometimes.

September 29, 201411 yr SPOILER ALERT After 3 hours 47 minutes of play time, one of the two last in-flight armed nuclear bombers (a Victor B.1A with 1xYellow Sun Mk2, the other is a Valiant B.1 with 2xRed Beard tactical bombs) penetrates the Leningrad defenses, damaged the city 83%, destroy all the planes bases (22xfighters and 2xMiG-19 in flight!) and obliterates the near SA-1 site and an AAA placement.
September 29, 201411 yr SPOILER ALERT After 3 hours 52 minutes play, Leningrad was ultimatly destroyed by the last in-flight armed nuclear bomber, a Valiant B.1 firing a tactical Red Beard (keeping another in reserve on the bomb bay). At the same time, ulterior nuclear bombing of UK is prevented by refuelled and rearmed Lightnings fighters with Firestreak air-to-air missiles and 30mm guns, shooting-down a wave of second rate Tu-4A Bull (B-29 copy) nuclear bombers. Now, the last Valiant with the last Red Beard is going North escorted with one solitary Vulcan B.2 with GP loadout with his conventional bombs expended, but jamming enemy radars and dropping chaff barrier (window), towards the last Soviet base, Olenya ... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Beard_(nuclear_weapon) http://www.skomer.u-net.com/projects/redbeard.htm http://nuclearweaponarchive.org/Uk/UKArsenalDev.html https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ту-4 http://www.airwar.ru/enc/bomber/tu4.html http://b-29s-over-korea.com/shortstories/russianclone.htm
September 30, 201411 yr SPOILER ALERT By the end the last Valiant with the last Red Beard was shoot-down after 5 hours and 15 minutes of game (fly) at some 140 nm SE of Oleny, and his escorting Vulcan B.2 flying at very high altitude jamming enemy radars and dropping chaff barrier (window) to attract the enemy defensive action only some ten minutes earlier. But now the V-Bombers are almost rearmed and refuelled on the UK airfields, and the second wave of British nuclear bomberts will take-off in a few minutes towards Olenya ...
October 1, 201411 yr SPOLIER ALERT After some 9 hours 30 minutes play time a Victor B.1 (second plane of the first wave, planes launched in attack missions against Olenya in groups from 1 to 5 planes, the last remaining Soviet base with 25 Soviet nuclear bombers and some 22 fighters on the ground at the moment of anhilation, a previous Victor B.1 was shoot-down by a Yak-25 patrol some ten minutes earlier) destroys Olenya and the game is clearly over for the Soviet player, no more air incursions against Britain after this strike. Meanwhile, a Foxtrot was detected on the English Channel hostigating the HMS Blake CL surface group, but evaded ASW action. Also, as last act, a Type T-43 minesweeper converted in radar picket and beached in a Baltic island overkilled many times by a Vulcan B.2 with one Yellow Sun Mk2!
