...I was able to eliminate by setting the game to run with administrator privileges. You might try doing that for your game, too. ... Good luck, whatever you wind up trying!

Thanks guys. Found my info on the old computer, went to findmyorder, and viola. I now have TOAW working on the new box, and downloading the current patch release within the past 24-48hrs.
