August 14, 201015 yr I thought I saw somewhere that you could convert the EC2000 battle sets to EC2003. Is there such a thing or did I just imagine it?
August 14, 201015 yr EC2003 Battlesets contain the same scenarios as the corresponding EC2000 Battlesets, but with the new editable database (which is considerably more reasonable about things like aircraft ranges.) AFAIK you would still have to convert a custom scenario from one to the other the hard way, but if you like one of the pre-generated scenarios in one, you can find the same scenario in the other.

August 15, 201015 yr I thought I saw somewhere that you could convert the EC2000 battle sets to EC2003. Is there such a thing or did I just imagine it? For user-made EC2000 scenarios that you'd like to convert, there is cvtscen.exe in your HCE directory.
August 15, 201015 yr You have to copy the scenario's SCi file into your own HCE directory for this to work. It took forever for me to figure that out.
