Scenario seed?

Not really a new situation, but definitely a developing one and certainly good scenario fodder. The Cyclone PC's have found a new lease on life performing in the security role in the northern Persian Gulf. (Look for them in the next iteration of the HCDB).

Don't forget about the US Coast Guard WPB's...and the fact the the Cyclone's are operating under a USCG command over there.
