I've thrown together a program to allow you to edit some of the Text RES files from H2/3. It was mainly built to edit HARPTEXT.RES and CONTEXT.RES. It will also successfully edit any of the other RES files with TEXT in their name. At some point I may expand it to allow editing of the TUTORIAL.RES file and a couple of others.

Let us know what doesn't work and what should work better. I understand it is rather basic...
