I have posted a 'blank' database to HarpGamer DB Share area. The database has a bare minimum of sample platforms, weapons, and such to make the platform editor, scenario editor, and game engine happy to use the file.

 

As it is a blank database, the battleset scenarios that come with HC will not operate when using this database, only scenarios crafted with whatever database you create from this blank slate will operate correctly.

As you found, the H3 Access editor allows you to blank out a database, but I'll type it here for anyone who needs the answer in the future. Thanks for asking Jan.
