I don't know of any small scale H4 PBEMs going on right now, though there are usually one or more in the works at some time or another. The Admiralty Trilogy mailing list at Yahoo is another good spot to find out. The 'War in 2012' mail battle exercise (MBX) is ongoing, and its much larger scale than your standard H4 PBEM. Its been ongoing for several years now, but some folks joined up recently, so there might be room for more. You'd need to check with Bill Jennings if you're interested in that, and I can give you contact info.
