As someone pointed out on the Admiralty Trilogy list, the Argentine tug Alferez Sobral was successfully attacked by Royal Navy Lynx helicopters with Sea Skua during the night of 3 May 1982.

 

Which suggests, of course, that at least the Lynx were capable of flying and carrying out attacks at night.

My copy of Sth Atlantic war is here ... first reading of it has been great. Really looking forward to getting into it.

 

The scenarios look good. Nice, small, bite size ones.
