September 27, 200817 yr Hi Brad or Tony, I have run into a problem which I hope you'll be able to shed some light on .I have added new ships, subs, and planes previously into the Platform Editor with no problem. As of yesterday though I have never added new weapons, its seems that some of my planes are not loaded with the expected weapons in their loadout. However it is only a few planes loadout and not all. I have noticed that some units in the weapons annex had shifted two spots before. That is, I had a Viggen Fighter with an expected ARS-212 Rocket but instead get a Spetsatz Squad. Since the problem is only confined to the weapons annex, I need your assistance to show me if there is a way to copy the old weapons annex (table) only not the entire database. I have tried but copying and pasting directly into the table but I have gotten pasting errors. Regards, David

Tony has created a special PE for me with a check for those gaps... If he gives it to you you can check your db and fix this problem... Or Simply check for gaps manually
September 27, 200817 yr Right on Rene, almost certainly a gap in ID numbers within an annex, which HC doesn't like. Dave, please zip up your pfData file and e-mail it to hc3@harpgamer.com so that we can make sure. I'll send you back the modified PE once we've had a look.

September 28, 200817 yr Found the problem, thank you for sending your data file over. The issue is that you have two items in the Ordnance annex set to a type of missile (missiles go in a different annex). Once you have an AnnexID for a weapon, you cannot change the weapon type (in other words, when you add a weapon, first set its type before entering other information). The items in question are: Ordnance ID 30790 Spetznaz Coy Ordnance ID 30791 BMP-4 So you have a couple of options, make new entries, setting type to missile immediately, then change the name of the above entries to something like (zDONOTUSE)(and set their type back to Ordnance), or you can change the above two items back to the type=Ordnance. Keep at it
