Is there an up to date (or nearly so) database for PLAN and PLAAF platforms/weapons?

No, but that needs to change.  HCDB2 is the most up to date but as you can see from the date of 2017, not good enough at this point.  https://harpgamer.com/harpforum/files/file/934-hcdb2-170909-1980-2025/   There is also another effort that hasn't quite made it over the finish line.  Once I check in with each of the editors we'll chart a path forward.
