Hello,

  I'm brand new to this forum and looking for some help on activating my game software. I've just moved it to a new computer and having trouble getting it activated. I have the serial number. Can anyone help?

Are you getting any messages after you install HC2002 and try to play it?

You may have to run HC2002 Gold as an administrator.

Please let us know if are still having the problem.

 

Richard, yup, let us know what you did to move the game to the new computer.  Running as administrator is indeed key if you did a proper install.  If you didn't do a proper install, we can help with that too.
