Is there an MOAB available in the HCE? Or will there be? Thanks!

There is, carried by the MC-130H Combat Talon II.

I think B-2A is capable to carry 2xMOAB (One in each bomb bay), but not implemented in the DB.

There was a lot of confusion in the media between the GBU-43/B MOAB and the GBU-57A/B MOP in the wake of the MOAB's use in Afghanistan recently.

 

They are different weapons with entirely different roles.
