I can't get the page to load.

Can you start a new thread since your comment is about HUCE and not updating HCE to current? I just pulled up the page again and successfully downloaded the patch (haven't installed it yet). You can also use the update.exe from Matrix in the game directory to download and install the patch if you aren't already on 2015.027 or newer.
