Interesting, but of doubtful practical use, imho. Weapons like AT-9 and AT-16 are considerably more useful in the roles in which the Ka-52K is likely to find itself.

I think it can't not to be practical (as the old proposals of the Sea Apache or SV-22 with Harpoon), but it can be an image boost because the Russian carency of shipborne aircrafts.

The Kh-38 is not in the HCDB (neither in service, I think), but here some useful data:
