Where would you prefer articles/information about Indian Ocean (READ: India) air/naval issues be posted? Middle East/Africa and Pacific Rim do not seem entirely appropriate to cover the Indian Navy, Chinese encroachment, the flow of oil to both of these entities, Pakistan vs India, Sri Lanka vs itself, etc.

 

Could/Should there be another folder option?

India is definitelly not in Middle East and not more in the Pacific so, you are right Pete, a new folder would be needed, "Current Events in the Indian Ocean Rim" for exemple.

I've thought about this myself on occasion before now, but have decided that Indian/Pakistani matters should go into the Middle East/Africa (don't forget Africa) forum because of:

 

(1) the Indian Ocean borders Africa, much of the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent; and

(2) Harpoon Classic's IOPG (Indian Ocean-Persian Gulf) Battleset (at least until the Battleset Builder is made available).
