A detailed discussion of possible game engine issues for the mostly recently released version of H3 ANW appears at... http://www.armchairgeneral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=95217 These may or may not affect the HUD-4 database, and may or may not be accurate, but I figured it made sense to alert Gunny and others to what a certain person claims to have observed. If nothing else, it may help identify whether certain issues are game engine issues or related specifically to the HUD-4.
