Very interesting and perhaps motivation of some scenarios.

I was aware long time ago about the scarce disponibility of atomic weapons (9 in 1946, I think some 15 in 1947!) and about the very difficult targeting determination because the Soviet system of not-freedom.

But I not was aware about the ignorance of the war planners of the scarce disponibility of atomic weapons !!!! :unsure:
