CyberBoard, a free tool for aiding PBEM games. I haven't tried it out as yet but thought I'd share anyway in case someone else has words to say about this one.

Could never seem to get my arms around Cyberboard (I know it must be me). I have used Vassal (http://www.vassalengine.org) and have been eyeballing zun tzu (http://www.zuntzu.com). There is also ADC2 (http://www.hpssims.com/pages/products/adc2/adc2-main.html) from HPS sims but its dated.
