Cant launch A/C from base

In my own created scenerio, A/C launch box doesn't appear. Instead an Assign A/C to Intercept Target box comes up. What gives??? Possibly no A/C are ready? H3CA V3.10.1.0 DB HUD3 V1.6.1.

I'm not seeing an issue here. I did have to play the attached with Auto Datalinks turned on since my runway doesn't have any radios <_< .

OK. Got it. Data links on. A/C are now launchable.
