It appears you used anti-aliasing on the colored columns. Each colored icon should be exactly one color (the same color as the original GR_ICONS.BMP graphic and should be exactly masked by the black and white column. See the attached examples of what you have now (dithered, multiple colors) and what you want (single color). Thanks TonyE for your help. The Icons are fixed and ready to install in the game. The File is in the attachment of the icons post.(Icons Post) I will upload to at the HCE tools

1.3 - Detection problems at AI engine fix. 1st - This problem was detected at the WWII scenario. When the AI first detect us a group, order to all ships and subs capable to intercept. This is correct until we are sure the AI lost our contact, then we may change the course of the group previous detected but the AI units always track it even without knowing.This make slower ships to scape. I've made one scenarion to test in the earlier scenarios. But didn't happen. 2nd - When one Sub is detected by intel we can send planes to intercept. The plane is launch and go to intecept, the diamond detection grows and the contact is lost. However the plane still go on to intecept the Sub. He always detect him when arrive at the destination. Also If the Sub group have 2 Subs and the plane sink one of them he go to intercept the second one even if not detect. He found all subs and sink it. This is just what AI engime do, so It make always impossible to scape undetected from the planes. This problem happen several times in the earlier scenarios. 3rd- I don't understand why in air combat the AI planes start with diamond detection when they were detected before and are aprouching to our range. I can supose the go to very low altitude and can distract the radar, but at sea don't make much sense. 4th - When you detect a plane or helo from a ship group you can't defines as a shipgroup with under 30knots speed. Far away you know there is a ship group. I think if the game will go forward to Multiplayer gaming must have this problem fixed before. Looking foward for your comments.

When playing I remember some units aren't good represented. The troops are represented by armor symbol, and was best to has the it own icon. My sugestion is: so I will update the previous post with this Icon. Thanks Silent Hunter IV for your comment.

1.2 - More building symbols (tetet) Will be intresting to introduce new pictures to stratégic buildings. My sugestions are: - City buildings (House, warehauses, city) - Radar station (antena, radar stations) - Head quarters ( Fortress, command building, land base) - weapons Lancher ( missil silos, cost defenses, air defenses) - Logistic buidings ( bridges, tunnels, roads, railroads) - Economy buildings ( factories, power plants, refinary, damms) - Resources explorations(oil digging, Mining, farms) - Patrol control ( barriers, border posts,) - Soliers ( Soldiers, terrorists, marines, paratroops) Also some changes to the hold Icons I've created my ones..hehe.. I hope you liked..You can donwload the icons.bmp at the file attached and install by replace the file at HCE main folder\ Graphics. My advice is to backup the old file. 1.1 - Conduct to campaign mode options The creation of modification in the start menu. This may open a campaign battleset menu which the player will play scenarios by follow an order. This order will be conditioned by winning or losing of the scenario played before. This may create a battleset campaign with an order of events depending on the performance of the player. Modification suggestion: In the first battleset menu, appear a button of campaigns battlesets. The button will open a file search box to choose the campaigns battleset. After open the campaign battleset will normaly go to the side choice menu and forward to scenario orders box of the first scenarion from the respective side. This will require an update on battleset editor of a campaign TAB. Is necessary to order the scenarios by victory conditions but also to create a finish message when the player win or Lost the campaign. I suppose nothing more is required to this modification but may appear comments or ideas which can be useful suggestions.

I'm with Tetet. This discussion is going far and I hope it is near of the next step of creat it..hehe.. I'll love this option of SAR may insert in the HCE game. I know many suggestion were made. But I think the objective of SAR option will be: - Sea and Land capability - All units has SAR points like damage points representing the number of man possible to rescue - SAR units has equipment like weapons which hit the unit SAR points until is totaly rescue. - SAR points after full damage of the unit, it start to decrease in a rate time untill the full sink/crash life survivel time (3-5 days). - The detection between 90-2010,it exists EPIRB transmiter where sent the position signal to Flag side , so it is define the position, and the enemy have detection rate. This already happen in the game and isn't necessary to change it. - I think, only it may possible to kill SAR points by the enemy FLAG However I think the purpose of SAR is simply understand and objective. About creating in the game this SAR option. I don't know totally what is easier to create in the game engine so I may be giving stupid suggestions but it also be possible to help. I don't know how it works the sinking progress, but it appear that the unit stay some time in sinking after full damage.This will possible to be the time where the SAR points are decreasing and the meantime where it can be rescue. Is what is making more sense to me. It may need to make this option and changes in aircraft. I hope will be useful post, and I'll love to this idea go forward.

Hi.. Thanks for testing the scenario and give the opinion. I realized arado 163 can shoot outher planes. That was the main reason for existing of fightes in this base and carriers. With those fighters you can aircover and destroy the Arado163 planes. The scenario it's not easy task to reach the goal..However with your opinion I'm working to be a good scene and create a good confit between ships and planes. If you want to be with Allies. After find bismarck you have intercept him with Battleship and aircover fighter to kill all of his planes, then you can engage him and send many planes to damage him. However you have be prepared to have heavy casualities. I'm looking foward more opinions, and thanks for your post. Good Victory MavGaz

Change the swordfish planes of the south bases to the carrier CAs reach bismarck and start to follow him but keeping the distance. Hood group intercep and engage bismarck group. 2 destroyers sunk, bismarck and prinz eugen damaged reducing speed to 16knots Hood and prince of wales sunk. Victorious launch the 56swordfish attack the bismarck group.
