  1. Basic difference between HCE & H3?

    As a player of most versions of Harpoon, (started with H1 on floppy, closely followed by H2 about 16 years ago), I think this is a valid question. Maybe a FAQ or something explaining the difference would be helpful, that way the next guy that asks this question can be diverted to an answer and not cause everybody to duck for cover.
