Harpoon Classic questions...
Was afraid you'd say that, oh well I'm enjoying the original. I have tried to download the demo version of HCE from here but when I run it it says it's experienced a problem and has to shut down. Any tips and tricks?

Harpoon Classic questions...
Hi All, I've managed to get my hands on an original Harpoon Classic disc dated 1994. After much toing and froing I've managed to get it to play on my (was just about to throw out) Win XP doorwedge netbook. Possibly a bone question, Can I update this edition with files from harp gamer? It's fully working on my netbook, but I have absolutely no idea about going into the nuts and bolts of programs. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Naval Sitrep
Thanks CV32, I've got the best of harpoon sitrep, which I think was the forerunner... I'll give them a shout on their Facebook page. I learnt from them that 4.2 will be released in the next few months, this is what I received from them... "The process of converting the old 4.1 files for upload to The Wargame Vault required so much effort that we decided to upgrade it at the same time. Since it was first published in 2001, fifteen years ago, we've added a lot of new rules in the Naval SITREP, and people have found bugs which we've added to the errata. We're folding all that material in to a new version, called 4.2, or "4th edition, third printing." It's in draft right now, and our reviewers are going over it. it should be ready later this year. We'll post updated here on FB and on our webpage as it gets closer to release." Looking forward to it, I've waited a while

Naval Sitrep
Hey everyone, just finishing off my collection of Naval Sitrep pdf e-zines. I was wondering if anyone knew where i could get hold of editions 1 to 14? They used to be on another site which closed and was never transferred. Wargames Vault doesn't have them. If anyone could tell me you'd make my year!
